Incident Summary:

NCI observed a wind surfer struggling to get back on his board. HMCG informed, and camera patched linked to CG. CRT and ILB tasked, but when ILB arrived, casualty refused help, however was later

recovered by ILB. After check on other wind surfers, ILB was stood down.
