Incident Summary: 
MOP informed NCI of an upturned Paddle Board. HMCG informed, ILB and CRT tasked, hoping to be conned onto object by MOP, but they had moved on. ILB found large log, which informant confirmed
was what they saw. Log too large so left to drift, and Hazard to Navigation issued.
