HMCG informed NCI a swimmer had been reported to be going out to sea beyond breakwater. Pilot vessel tasked to search, NCI did not have visual. Other vessel asked to search, ILB tasked. Nothing seen.

All assets stood down, and assumed object could have been a seal.
