Incident Summary: 
MOP reported to NCI concern for lone paddle boarder. MOP advised to contact HMCG. MOP returned to location but no-one with information was present so called NCI again.
NCI called CG, then MOP called to say there were now several paddle boarders present and no apparent problem. CG advised.

National Coastwatch watchkeepers provide the eyes and ears along the coast, monitoring radio channels and providing a listening watch in poor visibility.
