Incident Summary: 
MOP informed NCI there was a dead porpoise near lookout. HMCG informed, and tasked CRT. CRT visited and took photos. National Trust said that due to danger of cliff falls, staff not allowed access.
NT required directive from CRT or local authority before removing carcase.
