Incident Summary: 
MOP informed NCI an elderly lady had fallen and cut her arm. 999 call requesting ambulance but declined due to workload. W/K attended casualty, and casualties daughter dressed wound.
Casualty then escorted to a car and taken to minor injuries unit.
