MOP informed NCI of a person walking into the sea fully clothed, wearing backpack. HMCG informed. ILB tasked. Person informed ILB he was cooling off and did not want to leave pack on beach.
Parson was monitored, ILB stood down, CRT met person to discuss - all well, but advice given.
