Incident Summary: 
Distorted MayDay heard on Ch16 from vessel reported to be near Rame Head. NCI looked for vessel in distress - negative. HMCG informed. CG attempted to contact vessel, and asked to call 999, but
neither request was answered. Incident downgraded to Pan Pan, W/K walked to look along shore - nothing seen, CG informed. Police boat later located vessel, and all was well - believed an error.
