May Day issued on Ch16, vessel capsized. HMCG requested visual from NCI - affirmative. Second vessel proceeded to casualty, reported persons in water. All casualties reported out of water, ILBand AWLB
tasked. All four casualties recovered safely and capsized vessel recovered.
