Cabin cruiser advised NCI of passage plan, but told to advise HMCG. Vessel seen leaving marina, 2 POB, but stopped off breakwater. Vessel called CG they had broken down, NCI confirmed visual.

ILB tasked, casualty called NCI who confirmed ILB would be there to assist. ILB towed casualty to marina.
