Advised HMCG of vessel calling on Ch16 to report out of fuel and gave vessel's name and position. HMCG issued PanPan and requested help from any vessel in area. HMCG requested position update.
HMCG updated position and repeated request for help. Local workboat took casualty under tow. Advised HMCG when casualty safely at berth in Newhaven Marina. HMCG cancelled PanPan.
