How To Find Us

Approaching from the direction of Boston (SW) on the A52 follow the signs in Skegness for "A52 Mablethorpe". Turn left (North) on the A52 at "The Lumley" Interchange and follow Roman Bank for 2 miles. At the "Garden City" pub on your left, turn right (East) into Winthorpe Avenue, there is a SPAR shop at this turning on your right-hand side.

Approaching from the North (Grimsby A16 or Lincoln A158) you will arrive at the Gunby roundabout (adjacent to the entrance to Gunby all & Gardens). Follow the signs for Skegness along the A158.  After 6.8 miles you will arrive at the traffic lights cross road. Turn left at the traffic lights onto Roman Bank (A52) and keep going for 1.3 miles turning right into Winthorpe Avenue at The Garden City Pub which is on your left-hand side.

Once in Winthorpe Avenue, continue towards the sea front, going past the entrance to Skegness Sands Caravan Park on your left-hand side. Shortly after this you will see a large red brick building (the old Miners Retreat). Immediately after this building are some large steel gates set back from the orad on the left-hand side - just before "The View" cafe / bar / restaurant.

Turn left in through these gates and park in the area behind them. Please ensure the gates are closed again after you have entered. You will see the Watch Station on your right-hand side.
