Directions for St Agnes Head NCI Lookout travelling from Chiverton Cross Roundabout on the A30

Travelling East from St Ives/Hayle on the A30 you will reach a large roundabout called “Chiverton Cross” and see the signs for the B3277 and St Agnes.

At The roundabout take the exit marked B3277 “St Agnes” then after approx 200 yds you will reach a small roundabout – take the right signposted St Agnes B3277.

Follow the B3277 for approx. 3 miles until you reach the start of St Agnes and a very small roundabout.  At this round about take the first left onto Goonvera Road.

Follow Goonvera Road for approx. 0.8 mile when the road will bend to the right onto Beacon Drive.  (the road at this point does appear to go straight on and the right bend can be easy to miss).

Follow Beacon Drive for just about 0.9 mile, the Beacon will be on your right.  The road will gently rise and just as you reach the top of the rise you should see a turning on your left.  Often there are cars parked just beyond this junction on the left.

Take this left hand turning and follow the road/track until you see the Lookout.  You can drive right upto the Lookout.  We are the only building located on the cliff edge.
