FAMILY RAISE FUNDS FOR NCI PORTHDINLLAEN IN MEMORY OF FORMER WATCHKEEPER

6th December 2021.The family of former NCI Porthdinllaen watchkeeper Cledwyn Davies raised funds in his memory for the station.

Despite the challenges caused by the pandemic Angharad, Sheena and the family organised an on-line auction and raffle to raise funds for NCI Porthdinllaen  in memory of former Watchkeeper Cledwyn Davies, a very popular man hugely missed by all that knew him, who sadly passed away in 2019.

The volunteer watchkeepers at NCI Porthdinllaen  were presented with a cheque for £1516.50 by the family at Cledwyn's memorial bench. This was very much appreciated by all the Porthdinllaen Watchkeepers who sincerely thank Cled's family for such a generous donation.
