Incident Summary:

Vessel called HMCG on Ch16 to report adrift and no engine. No response, so NCI called CG. 6 POB, all in lifejackets. NCI did not have visual, and comms difficult. Pan Pan declared, LB tasked.

1 POB had head injury, and LB recovered casualty.
