Incident Summary: 
NCI notified HMCG they had visual on vessel in shallow water having lost engine. 1 POB. Vessel then went aground. Local LB tasked, attached ropes but unable to tow off. Decided to retry on tide.
Vessel eventually freed after six hours by LB.
