Incident Summary: 
HMCG requested visual on yacht reported to be acting strangely by MOP. Yacht observed by NCI, one person sitting on bow. ILB tasked, given position by NCI, and towed casualty back to safety.
It transpired that his engine had fallen off stern, and he was trying to retrieve it.
