Incident Summary:

Motor launch with 5 POB suffered engine failure and drifting towards rocks. HMCG asked NCI for visual, and to monitor. Pan Pan issued. RIB offered assistance, yacht stood by. 1 POB then had a seizure.

HELO tasked, ILB on scene so HELO stood down. Incident then rounded point and out of visual from NCI. Pan Pan cancelled.
