HMCG contacted NCI re. yacht aground on sandbank. Vessel observed, 1 POB water rough. ILB tasked, but unable to get close to initiate tow. I casualty taken off.
vessel then refloated and drifted, and ILB took it under tow back to harbour. Vessel not seaworthy.
