Incident Summary:

HMCG passed on report from MoP of vessels in trouble outside Penzance Harbour. Watchkeeper advised no vessels in distress, but two harbour work boats providing support to large barge.

Watchkeeper monitoring comms and no indications of any problems. HMCG happy for NCI to monitor till boats back in harbour.
